  1. Work must have appeared between January 2007 and November 2008.
  2. The entries must be created for Asian destinations/products/services.
  3. The work can have appeared outside Asia as long as it is to sell an Asian destination, product or service.
  4. Entries can only be submitted online.
  5. The same advertisements entered in a campaign category (three or more ads) can entered separately in an individual category but a new entry form and extra fee must be provided.
  6. A campaign can be mixed media that is one TVC and two press advertisements as long as they are created with a unifying concept.
  7. Submissions must be of creative work that has appeared or been produced for a genuine client (the organisers have the right to reject 'scams" with no refund of entry fees).
  8. The Judges/organisers have the right to move entries into a category they feel more suitable.
  9. Work submitted after 18th November 2008 will not be eligible for the current competition.
  10. The judges decision is final.
  11. The judges have the right not to give an award in any category if they do not believe the work entered reached the required standard.
  12. The organisers have the right to reproduce any work entered in AdAsia Magazine or AdAsiaOnline, Designer magazine, Travel Trade Gazette or in a book commemorating the event.
