Work must have appeared between January 2007 and November 2008.
-
The entries must be created for Asian destinations/products/services.
-
The work can have appeared outside Asia as long as it is to sell an Asian
destination, product or service.

Entries can only be submitted online.
-
The same advertisements entered in a campaign category (three or more ads) can
entered separately in an individual category but a new entry form and extra fee
must be provided.
-
A campaign can be mixed media that is one TVC and two press advertisements as
long as they are created with a unifying concept.
-
Submissions must be of creative work that has appeared or been produced for a
genuine client (the organisers have the right to reject 'scams" with no refund
of entry fees).

The Judges/organisers have the right to move entries into a category they feel
more suitable.
-
Work submitted after 18th November 2008
will not be eligible for the current competition.

The judges decision is final.
-
The judges have the right not to give an award in any category if they do not
believe the work entered reached the required standard.
-
The organisers have the right to reproduce any work entered in AdAsia Magazine
or AdAsiaOnline, Designer magazine, Travel Trade Gazette or in a book
commemorating the event.
